All in-app purchases made with real currency will typically appear immediately after the purchase is complete. The purchase will arrive in your village area through a Gift Box pop-up window.
If for some reason the purchase does not arrive after an extended amount of time, please submit a ticket with our Customer Support Team and we will make sure that you get it!
When submitting your ticket, be sure to include all of the following information:
- Screenshot of either the App Store/Google Play store email receipt or App Store Purchase history showing the in-app purchase
- The name(s) of each item you did not receive
- The amount of acorns you did not receive
- The Player ID of your account
